In this Cancellation Policy, “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to Swiftedge Technologies Private Limited, while “you,” “your,” and “user” refer to customers placing orders through our platform. In certain cases, order cancellation may be required, and the conditions below explain how such requests are handled.

Cancellation Before Order Dispatch

Order cancellation is permitted under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation requests must be raised within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped, whichever comes first

  • Requests must be submitted by contacting our support team via email

  • Once approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days

Cancellation After Dispatch

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped or dispatched

  • If customers wish to return the product after delivery, they must follow the process outlined in the Return & Refund Policy

Order Modification Rules

Once an order has been placed, the following changes are not allowed:

  • Changing or replacing the selected product

  • Updating or modifying the delivery address 

If any changes are required, customers must:

  • Cancel the existing order, provided it meets the eligible cancellation conditions

  • Place a new order with the correct details
